Reproductive History Versions

Updates to existing files: 

• Spay and neuter date moved to the Dog Demographics (dog_profile.csv) dataset. 
• Is_pregnant and no_pregnancy_ever variables updated to accurately portray pregnancy history. 
• Hormone history updated so only dogs that indicated hormones were given in the reproductive_history_female dataset (prevent_heat_last_year) are included.
• Heat history updated so only female dogs that had a heat cycle noted in the reproductive_history_female dataset (heat_last_year) are included.
• Variables in reproductive_history_female and reproductive_history_male reorganized. 
• Mismating_last_year variable in reproductive_history_female updated to allow 2+ as an answer to match the wording on the questionnaire. 
• Missing heat_date and litter_dates truncated and added to reproductive_history_heat. 
• Blanks in spayed_reason (reproductive_history_female) and neutered_reason (reproductive_history_male) changed to NA.
• Embargo period updated to study year 8.
