Environment Exposures
House details including type of home, age, pipes, flooring, water and heating.
Type of flooring in the home is not asked for the secondary address, only the primary address. All values will automatically be filled with 0 for the secondary address rows.

Environment Other Exposures
Exposure to aerosols, air filters, mothballs, incense, smoke, fertilizer, herbicide, weed control or pesticides.

| any_treated_weeds | Weed control treatment status in owner's or neighbor's home/yard/garden or surrounding area (including aerial spraying). |

*Since the hours of smoke exposure refers to a daily average over a 12 month period and not the dogs entire life, there is not a total sum included for to_date=1 rows (each is filled with "see detail rows"). Please refer to individual study year data (to_date=0) for the hours of smoke exposure.

Location History
Method of travel and locations visited for vacation, work visits or kennel stays.
Researchers who require information about a dog's primary and secondary residence city, state or zip code from the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study database have the option to submit a request via our Request for Proposals (RFP) process (Golden Retriever Lifetime Study RFP | Morris Animal Foundation). The submitting researcher will receive a follow-up communication from our scientific team following proposal review.

Poison Exposure
Poisonous substance consumed and amount of times poison control has been called.
