Reproductive Female History
Pregnancy, mis-mating and spay history for both intact and spayed females.

| mismating_last_year | Mis-mating management (pregnancy termination) used last year. |
| mismating_ever | Mis-mating management (pregnancy termination) throughout life. |
| is_pregnant | Current pregnancy status. |
| spayed_on_date | Spay date. |
| spayed_reason | Spay reason. |
| spayed_while_in_heat | Spay during estrous cycle status. |
| prevent_heat_ever | Heat-preventing hormone therapy throughout life. |
| no_pregnancy_ever | No breedings resulting in pregnancy throughout life. |

Reproductive Hormone History
Hormone product and duration for intact females that used hormone therapy to prevent heat cycles.

| intact_fertility_evaluation | Poor fertility evaluation status (intact male). |
| intact_breeding_outcome_last_year | Fertility evaluation outcome (intact male). |
| neutered_on_date | Neuter date. |
| neutered_reason | Neuter reason. |
| neutered_ever_bred | Dog's breeder status before neuter. |
