Reproductive Female History
Pregnancy, mis-mating and spay history for both intact and spayed females.

| is_pregnant | Current pregnancy status. |
| no_pregnancy_last_year | No breedings resulting in pregnancy in the last year. |
| no_pregnancy_ever | No breedings resulting in pregnancy throughout life. |
| mismating_ever | Mis-mating management (pregnancy termination) throughout life. |
| mismating_last_year | Mis-mating management (pregnancy termination) used last year. |
| spayed_reason | Spay reason. |
| spayed_while_in_heat | Spay during estrous cycle status. |
| spayed_while_pregnant | Spay during pregnancy. |
Reproductive Hormone History
Hormone product and duration for intact females that used hormone therapy to prevent heat cycles. Only dogs that had a prevent_heat_last_year value of 1 in the reproductive female history dataset are included in this dataset.

Reproductive Heat History*
Heat length, breeding method, number of litters, method of birth and weaning details for female dogs that had a heat cycle. Only dogs that had a heat_last_year value of 1 in the reproductive female history dataset are included in this dataset.

| cesarian_section | C-Section delivery status. |
| pups_live_number | Number of live-born puppies. |
| pups_still_number | Number of still-born puppies. |
| nurse_weeks | Nursing duration (weeks). |
| pups_weaned_number | Number of puppies weaned. |
| breeding_method_natural | Dog bred with natural breeding. |
| breeding_method_artificial_insemination_fresh | Dog bred with fresh aritifical insemination. |
| breeding_method_artificial_insemination_frozen | Dog bred with frozen artificial insemination. |
*Heat history is not available for some dogs that reported a heat cycle in female history table.
**A dog may have multiple rows with the same heat_date. This means the dog had multiple heat cycles reported for that month.
Reproductive Male History*
Breeding history, litters sired, fertility concerns and neutering history for both intact and neutered males.

| intact_semen_collected | Intact male's semen collected for artificial insemination (AI) status in past 12 months. |
| intact_semen_collected_count_last_year | Number of time intact male's semen was collected in past 12 months. |
| neutered_sired_litters_insemination | Number of litters sired through artificial insemination before neuter. |
| intact_females_bred_with_count_ever | Number of females intact male was naturally bred with. |
| intact_breeding_outcome_last_year | Fertility evaluation outcome (intact male). |
| intact_fertility_concerns_last_year | Current or past fertility concerns (intact male). |
| intact_fertility_evaluation | Poor fertility evaluation status (intact male). |
| neutered_reason | Neuter reason. |
| neutered_ever_bred | Dog's breeder status before neuter. |
| neutered_naturally_bred_count_last_year | Number of times neutered male was naturally bred (ties) before neuter. |
| neutered_sired_litters_natural_ever | Litters sired through natural breedings before neuter. |
| neutered_semen_collected | Semen collected for artificial insemination status in past 12 months before neuter. |
| neutered_semen_collected_count_last_year | Number of times neutered male's semen was collected in past 12 months before neuter. |
| intact_sired_litters_insemination | Number of litters sired through artificial insemination. |
| neutered_females_bred_with_count_ever | Number of females neutured male was naturally bred with before neuter. |
| neutered_breeding_outcome_last_year | Fertility evaluation outcome (neutered). |
| neutered_fertility_concerns_last_year | Current or past fertility concerns (neutered). |
| neutered_fertility_evaluation | Poor fertility evaluation status (neutered). |
*One male dog did not have reproductive history data for any study year. A row for baseline is available for this dog, but all values have been filled with NA.
